What I would do is take any IP address or domain name in the header and run it thru the whois database on www.samspade.org. If you come up with an ISP name, contact their abuse dept. and tell them what's happening. Include a copy of the offending email(s) WITH the headers showing. They can figure out if the sender is, in fact, a customer of theirs and take appropriate action.

There's no guarantee's on this, but its where I would start.

Depending on your ISP or mail client, you should also be able to block any and all mail from even coming to your daughter's inbox.
