When did you last pay Crap1 ?
What state are you in ?

The 'lawyer' is likely nothing more than a debt collector and if they really do not intend to sue you, their threats are ILLEGAL - violations of the FDCPA. The pressure tactics they're using sounds like a CA more than a lawyer about to sue you.
