I am in the state of Georgia and I cannot tell the last time I was able to pay them. It must have been sometime last year. I was only able to start working this year so I was down and out.

I saw that you mention a CA? what exactly is that?
Anyway, the letter that they sent me said -- Law Offices of Gerald E.Moore & Associates,PC located in Atlanta GA, so I think it might be a real lawyer.(I have no idea).
