I have a copy of my Equifax and Transunion credit reports. By the end of next year I will have pretty much all the negative info removed because of the 7 yr mark! However, there is 1 account that will be hanging around it is a Household Bank account that is listed as "Account Transferred or Sold, unsecured" It is only listed this 1 time so there isn't a CA listed for it. My question is, on my Equifax report it lists the DLA as 03/99 and on Transunion it lists the date of prior delinquency as 03/97. Its not listed at all on Experian. If date of prior delinquency means DLA why aren't the 2 dates the same? It makes a HUGE difference because it could come off next year as opposed to 2006. What do I do? Send a validation letter to Household Bank? I'm stuck. Thanks a bunch for all your help you guys, its really helping alot!!
