Lee, if this was a real summon, the address of the lawyer should be indicated there because a summon should be answered. The addresses of the court plus the lawyers are important for you to be able to give them copies of your answer. They should also have a civil case number assigned to your case which should be on record on your court of common pleas. Without all these information, they are looking at fraud!
