Hello,
I'm from PA & my wife is getting close to having a judgement against her for $2500. She doesn't work or own a home or a car, everything is in my name, my question is, can that judgement affect me, she doesn't work, i'm the sole provider, can they garnish my Federal Income Tax returns, or can they go after our checking account since she is on the account with me, my name lists 1st on the account..Any help appreciated...Thanks
