SOL for a Wireless Phone Contract???

I want to try and get prepared for a lwasuit with Harris & Harris. I have searched everywhere for UCC code regarding Cellular comapnies and cannot find it anywhere. Can you please tell me where I can find this information in some law for Illinois. Your help is appreciated.
