AJNC: I am a NC resident as well, had the same situation as you do. I emailed. why chat emailed me the case law which clearly states that in NC it is not the date of last payment to the OC but the SOL clock in NC starts when you first BREACHED the contract, i.e. I recommend you email Why chat when he/she gets back from her vacation, should be in one week and he/she will explain it to you and send you the case law that states the difference.
