We have in fact filed class action vs. JBC in Chicago. The case presently covers residents of IL, IN, IA. It alleges attempts to collect checks beyond the statute of limitations (2-3 years in most states). People from any state are welcome to contact us. Because of the different bad check laws in each state, a separate class is needed for each state. This communication may constitute advertising.
