I received a court paper in the mail today with admissions and denials listed. I don't feel comfortable answering these questions I don't know anything about lawyers at all. Are there lawyers that you can pay just a flat hr fee and they will help you fill out paper work and give advice? I know that there are some that will take your case for free and they don't get money unless you win, but I don't have a countersuit filed. This is definatly time-barred so they don't have a leg to stand on in court but these papers are tough. Any thoughts will be appreciated!
