Answers are not as complicated as you might think. When someone files a complaint, it is your duty to answer them within a specified time frame or the plaintiff can obtain a default judgement against you.

By the way, ASSet Acceptance dismissed the case that was pro se. I left you with my phone numbers if you want to call. I will try and help.

Either way, good luck, and know that you ONLY have a fighting chance, IF you are WILLING to fight.
