Summary Judgment?

-Showed up at pre-trial in small claims. Have no knowledge of alleged debt and never received any proof to verify that this is my debt. Now CA lawyer has made a motion for summary judgment. -What do I do? -I have no money for a lawyer, trying to do this myself. Is a summary judgment easily granted? Do I just write a letter to the judge? Or "file a motion", whatever that entails. I sure don't want to automatically lose without a chance to defend myself in court. -Any advice? Thanks.
