The funny (?) thing is that unless you are in Calif, the insurance companies are now pulling a credit score from the CRAs and basing premiums in part on that score.

So your insurance rates could now go up, not only because of the original claim, but now because you have 'bad' credit, something they caused.

Whatever happened to justice?
