I have not dealt with them on a personal level but have been watching them for months now. Nearly every one of their cases are default judgments and about 90% of the people they sue do not live at the address they were served at. In fact, they sued someone on a 10k 16 year old debt using a fake address. It took me 5 seconds to call this person and warn them what asset was doing. The only way to stop their criminal behavior is to file those countersuits and file complaints with the bar association.
