Ok... statute of limitations (SOL) on CC debt in GA is 4 years. You need to find out when you first got behind on the acct. and never brought it up to date. Check your Experian report to find the "come-off" date for this particular acct. and subtract three years from that date. That is the beginning of your SOL.
