equifax inquiries, do they fall off?

I have heard that if you sign up for the equifax credit watch gold and request your own credit report every day, the hard inquiries will fall off because there is a limit to how many inquiries can stay on the report. Then the most recent inquiries left are your own which don't lower your score. Is there anything to this? If so, does it apply for the other experian and TU? Although I don't know if they have similar services.
