If you move to another state, the judgment would then have to be moved to your new state to have ANY effectiveness at all.

The only way they could interfere with the sale of your house is if a lien has been placed on it and with a judgment in hand they CAN do that.

AS for the notice asking for financial disclosures, that's what they call a debtor's exam and it is MANDATORY that you answer all questions or appear in court if you're given a court date. If you do NOT comply, a bench warrant can be issued for your arrest !

I suggest you call the courthouse and find out if anything has happened with that ASAP.
