Dear Lawyer,

Please use this letter as your notification to CEASE and DESIST all telephone calls to either my home or place of employment.

This applies not only to yourself but to any of your representatives.

Although you must cease all verbal communication with me, if need be, you may contact me via US Postal System.

This also applies to third-person communication; that is, communication with anyone other than myself or my attorney.

The federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires that you stop verbal contact with me immediately upon receipt of this letter.
