PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING SUED BY CAPITAL 1

Was sued be capital one. I guess you could some what say that i won the case. I was being sued .My husband gets va and social secuity.We took my name of the checking account.The house is in my husbands name so were the cars and i don't work.I have no kind of assets.I got a judgement aginst me on july 22.Got a letter from the plainiff's lawyer's. saying that credit card co was not going to attempt to collect on the judgement in any way.But I relize that the judgement will be on my credit report for a long time. But at this point i don't care.Iam just glad it's all. So there is hope out there. over with.
