2. Is there a court date schedule? Have you confirmed with your local court that the trial has not been cancelled?
3. When are the dates of discovery? Have you requested discovery from them?
4. What documents did they include in the original complaint that suport there cause for filing?
5. What paperwork do you have to support your case?
