1. Did you send your validation letter CMRR?
2. Phone the court house today and ask them when the court date is sheduled. You should be able to obtain a "Clerk's Original Case Schedule" listing all dates either by fax, mail (if you get a nice clerk) or in person.
3. Did you include some sort of dismissal request when you answered the complaint?
4.When is your discovery cut off date? (Find this out).
