Yikes, I didn't know all this!! Yes, I sent the validation cmrr. I didn't include any "dismissal request" as no one suggested that to me (don't even know what it is). And nothing in the complaint mentioned any "discovery" and I have not been requested to supply any yet either. I have entered a notice of appearance so won't I have to be notified by mail of such things - such as court date, request for discovery, etc??
