So I take it, I should send the CA a SOL letter? Also, is it illegal for them to continue to report this on my Credit History? The original creditor ceased reporting it in 02/2000. When things go off your credit history, is it 7 years since the last time it's reported or is it 7 years since it was charged off, or 7 years since it was originally past due?
