Collections can NOT surivive the original delinquent debt from the original creditor.

Negatives, starting with the OC, can ONLY remain for 7 years from charge-off (if c/o happened after 1997). So, if the OC has dropped off, so must ALL collections. If the do not, dispute them as obsolete. If they've been ILLEGALLY re-aged, dispute as obsolete AND re-aged - then sue the damn CA who re-aged it for FCRA violations !

As for the water company - yes, make the scummy CA validate - without a signature they can't prove squat.
