Im wondering if the clock has run out on my BofA account. BofA closed this account about 7 years ago. Since that time I have been paying on it. Ive been off and on various plans of theres, have been current to extremely late. The account has never been turned over to collections. I read somewhere though that the the sol starts when the last charge was made on the card. But certainly in my case wouldnt the SOL have started once the account was closed. At that point it effectively became a collection account? thanks all
