I was sued by the same people. I live in Oklahoma to.The summons is real I went to court.I addimited to the debt.If I didnt it would have gone to trial.In my case I dont have anything in my name for them to get.My husband and i opened a new checking put it in his name only.I don't work. Our house and cars are in my husband name.Got a letter the other day from them saying that Capital one wasn't going to attempt to collect on the debt in any way.I think that your retirment is exempt from being granished.I hope that this helps you.
