Yeah,

You bet they are full of it. Fleet 'enema' Bank as some wags in the investment biz refer to it and perhaps more shocking, call its prez "the Rear Admiral" is fulfilling outgoing prez's edict to 'get judgements'.
Some states have taping laws largely written for the protection of politicians who wish not to be taped when discussing new and inventive methods of shearing citizens of their freedom and money.
Some FTC reps have a nicely different viewpoint, asking how else are you going to get proof of the illegal conduct of these scumbags? Tape and to heck with the fine print, according to some. Evidence is evidence and the seabag from Fleet was worried you might already have something on her. Good. A sleepless night here, a nervous day there, pretty soon perhaps they'll go find someone else to haunt.
