Ok, in my digging of records, I have a court document where Asset admits that an account was opened in October of 1994. I have 3 different reports as evidence that they reaged the account. In addition, they were never able to prove that this was my account and the complaint for judgement was dismissed. What all can I get them on? I am writing my complaints to the FTC, ACA, AG's BBB, Florida Depart of Financial Services, and the Bar Association.
