IF you do get to the courthouse (you may not), you might want to offer less...perhaps 10% of your after tax income. As long as you are reasonable the judge will probably ok that. Just explain to him that the "lawyers" refused to make reasonable arrangements with you.

You can always offer more. 25% is the most they can take in a garnishment.
