I paid part of a balance off for my son thru collect corp. They were suppose to send a letter stating that the dept was settled. I never recieve the letter. They are now pursueing him for the rest of the money. I paid them $4000 for $5200 dept that he owed them and now they are asking for the reamainning amount of $1200. I have not been able to locate a phone number for collect corp. I have tried to get it thru customer service and they were not able to help me. If you have thier number could you foward it to me at my email address. I would like to see what kind of results I get. Probably no better. I would like to talk to the district attorney in my county to see what he says. I went to school with him he may be of help or not. I'll let you know what he says.
