I want to send this Frederick Hanna a good validation letter to at least stall for some time. I have looked at validation letters on the internet all morning and they are all different and some sites say this one or that one are no good, so now I am totally confused. To recap Frederick Hanna is representing Sherman Acquistions on a validation request I sent them in January 2003 which they never replied to. SA bought my acct from Discover. I hadn't paid Discover since spring of 2002. The validation request I sent to SA is one of the ones listed as no good on some of the sites I went to today. So since I want to send another validation request to Frederick Hanna to make someone validate this debt I want to send a good one. Should I mention to Frederick Hanna that SA never validated my debt request? Unfortunately I didn't send the validation request CMRR but obviously they got it as Hanna refers to my dispute in this letter from them. Please help me with a good validation letter.
