(C) (3) speaks of a written agreement that the CA must have and the consideration paid to get your account from whomever. (G) " nothing in this section relieves a collection agency from complying with the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" " So here is the state code section that says the CAs here in Ohio must follow FDCPA.
