Additionally somewhere in the Ohio Revised Code, there is a code section that says something to the effect that a law suit cannot be filed if it is time barred (sol has past) If they file a law suit against you and it time barred it would grounds for saying it is a frivolous law suit.
If I can find this code section I will post it for you. I know I saw it, it is there, I just am not sure in which section I saw it.
