Question about CA call.

My girlfriend answered my phone and the CA agent got nasty with her and told her I owe alot of money. As I understand it this is a violation of the FDCPA. If this is the case what can I do about it. Would it help me in court if these jerks try to sue. The debt is in Kansas. NCO is the CA. Still have 2 years until SOL. Thanks
