Ya, my stupid mistake by not sending them certified. 2 letters today going out both certified, one to corporate and one to the person who called me. I was wondering...if I get complete validation with charges, is it usually easy to negociate settlement minus late and overlimit fee's? Is there a standard payoff % to start at? Thanks.
