Your lawyer will instruct you what to take to the meeting. Most likely you will need nothing. At my 341 meeting I needed nothing but my Social Security Card and a picture ID. I was asked about 10 questions and it was all over. None of my creditors were there and if any of your is there your lawyer will handle for you. Just remember do not reaffirm or obligate to reaffirm any debts without discussing with your lawyer first. It has been known in the past that a creditor talked someone into signing a reaffirmation agreement after the 341 meeting....do not do this. Again rely on your lawyer...thats what you have paid them for.
