The problem is that all 3 credit bureaus have different charge-off dates. If i have 6 months to go back, it would be close to the SOL. It shows the CA just acquired the debt 6/03, will they go ahead & try & sue that quick? Also am i right that saying PA is not a community property state, so that if me & wife have a joint checking account, they can't go after it with a judgement? Can i contact the OC & ascertain the Charge-Off date? Thanks Joe from PA
