They bought the debt from BofA, but this account has never been on my credit report. This was a corporate card, I was the authorized user (and I use that term loosely since I do not know how my company set up this account). Also, this debt went delinquent while I was a resident of Colorado (and still am). The account was set up by a New Mexico company, and during its use I lived and worked in Texas. What SOL applies?
