Actually everything in my case is very clear, I live with my parents, my father is disabled and my mother has a very very low income.
I don't have any real porperty, but I have a car that I wish to keep. It is a salvage/ rebuilt car without air bags, with frame damage and extensive body repair. But, I have an equity of 2,500 on it.
Do they usually claim that equity, or is it not enough to pay the creditirs.
My BK is in Florida.
