I suggest first that you calm down, if you have nothing to be seized or garnished, and your credit report shows you are not paying your other creditors,then the likelyhood of your being sued are small.Ca. has a LOT of consumer protection laws.

As to them knowing where you live to serve you wth a lawsuit-- how are they "harassing" you NOW ?? By carrier pigeon? If they are calling you, they have your address.

I suggest you ask them to please stop calling as you have no $$ can't get any and are being made ill from the calls.

If that doesn't work, send them a letter, handwritten,requesting they stop calling you. Send it certified mail, NO return receipt. Make a copy for your records.

They will likely go after bigger fish, who are indicating a need to clean their credit,and the resources to protect their rights, i.e. validation etc.
