I'm also interested in the answer to this question. Why Chat, LadynRed, Scott, Anyone - Can you please provide assistance here. If I decide to go the "settlement" route, I would like some protection. It has been stated repeatedly throughout this site that lawyers often proceed with judgement even after settlement. Is there something I can file in court or do I need to receive written confirm that the settlement ends all legal action.
