If they all have different charge-off dates, then something is screwy. Look for a 'date of last activity' or something that gives a date for '180 days late' - that would then be the charge-off date. If you have any records of your actual last payment, you can use that to dispute the inaccurate entries.

PA is NOT a community property state. However, they can still go after a joint account if they have a judgment. A professional judgment enforcer has assured me that joint accounts are NOT protected from siezure.
