Thank you Scott for your input. I have a copy of the promisary note, It is written in back hand and it uses my madden name, which I havent used since I was 16. I believe one of my exhusband many wives has forged my name, getting my private business from him. Does the SOL run out on something like that. I have no proof, and I am afraid of a liable suit, should I persue it. As far as writting and printing my signature 20 times, I dont know what that will prove, my presant husband writes just like I do and visa versa, got any idias.
