Hello,
I have been paying on several charge offs for over a year. They are making settlement offers to me for close to half of what I still owe. I read in one post that it's not good to settle. I don't quite understand. Are you saying they can still try and collect the difference from me if I do settle the account? Thanks! Glad I found this site.
