I got the letter from them because it was forwarded to a new mail box. So, yeah, I don't have a job so my wages can't be garnished, have $1000 in my checking, living off UI (which can't be garnished), and my car has a lien holder since it's not paid off. Not a lot they can grab from me. But I've heard Eskanos likes to sue anyways.
