Well, leaving is a good thing if you don't plan to come back for another 10 years. By that time all of them would have charge off and deleted from your credit report. On the other hand if it that bad then you can either work out a payment or settlement plan with each creditors and this way you maintain some type of creditworthy if things don't work out over there. Or you can file chapter 13 and all your creditors will get a token of 10% of what you owed them over a period of three years and this is montior by the court. The last options since all of these debts seems to be unsecured and you don't own like property or anything is to do a stragiht BK chapter 7. No one get anything and of course you can get a fresh start here in United States if you plan to stay.
