How long have they been calling you? I believe that once they begin that process, they have 5 days to send a notice. In either case, I'd start by sending them a cease and desist letter (CRRR) that basically states that all contact with you should solely be by snail-mail. And that any calls to you after receipt will be in violation of Federal laws and you will sue them. (try whychats site for a sample letter)

Then, you'll need to deal with the individual letters that they send to you. Depending on the dates and what they write to you will dictate your response.
