Anyone can get a mortgage that basically has a job-it may not be as much as what they want or at an interest rate that is what they want, but a lender will lend.
Putting that much down is an excellent way to get a decent mortgage at a decent rate. Now it will depend on your income and debt ratio.
Call a few and tell them what you want and your situation. Tell them your score and see what they say. It doesn't cost anything!!
