do not bother with a letter of dispute. just send them certified a letter stating the statute of limitations is long up and include a cease and desist. If you want email me at picanteL4343@hotmail.com with your state, type of debt, and age of debt. Also, if they threatened your credit, threatened a lawsuit, violence, or anything else you think sounds suspicious let me know. I am going to bed now but will get you out the proper letter that hundreds have used before you asap tomorrow.
