Keeping cash on your person MIGHT be a better option for you. Do you have an attorney? He/she might be able to guide you. However, if you withdrew the money, you could explain this by normal living expenses like eating. However you attorny could guide you as to what the limits are when you are attempting to be judgement proof for your state.
